We’re turning the con floor into a runway of shadows. Join the Hall Cosplay Contest, where secret vendor judges will be watching from their booths — and you won’t know who they are.
Cosplayers are encouraged to visit every vendor booth, because any one of them might be casting their vote for Best Hall Cosplay.
